From chubby baby to the chubby kid who got teased to the big girl boys never liked that way to semi-confident, proportionally overweight woman. In every stage of life the consistent theme was “bigness,” so while I believed in myself, I just never believed who was could exist in any state other than big. Losing weight was always a fun, but irrelevant dream, until I met Sherry.
Over the course of six months, Sherry Trebes addressed my situation holistically—physically, mentally, and spiritually. She educated me and opened me up to a world of foods that helped me transition from carnivore to dairy-free pescatarian. She trained me 3 times a week to strengthen and tone my body. And, most importantly, Sherry taught me to love myself enough to conquer my fear of failure and fight for the body and health I wanted. During this time, I shed a total of 40lbs.
Since finishing my 6-month health coaching and physical training combo period, I have continued to use the knowledge and skills Sherry has taught me and currently weigh 172lbs—60lbs less than I did when I first called Sherry in April 2012. I’m still shedding weight, and thanks to Sherry, am very confident that I will achieve my goal of 145lbs and continue to live the healthy, active, confident lifestyle I’ve always wanted to, but never knew I could.
